The QueenCutter was developed as a result of the strong Memphis biotech innovation environment that combines local expertise with entrepreneurial support to foster biomedical engineering startups. ICBT Biotech Tools’ leadership team are all Memphis natives and classically trained biomedical engineers driven to use their expertise to provide novel solutions through company owned intellectual property developed in house.
With support from local industry leaders, ICBT Biotech Tools first product, “QueenCutter” patent pending, uses advanced 3D design to address an unmet need for wet lab scientists that work with DNA gel electrophoresis. More details to come shortly including a visual demo!
